Your videos
Choosing a video only opens it on your device. When editing is available, selecting “Edit my video” uploads your files and instructions for processing. Your original files stay untouched.
Your project files and results are deleted from active storage 7 days after the project starts. Inactive, incomplete uploads expire sooner; the resume deadline appears beside your upload. Processing may use our hosting and video processing providers.
Your messages
We save your email, message and submission time for 7 days to review your request, respond and limit repeat submissions. Only the site owner can read these messages. Sending a message does not place an order or sign you up for a subscription.
Your feedback
If you send a quality rating or comment, we store it with the video job for up to 7 days, or until that job expires. Only you and the site owner can read it. Feedback is not automatically sent to a video processing or language model provider.
Guest purchases
You do not need to create an account to check out. A secure cookie can keep your guest purchases accessible on the same browser for up to 90 days. An email address is only requested when the payment provider requires it. Clearing this cookie can remove access from this browser. Payment and transaction records are separate from video storage; card details are handled by the payment provider.
Storage and backups
Contact messages and uploaded files are stored on our DigitalOcean server. The website is hosted on DigitalOcean. Hosting providers may keep technical connection logs. Weekly backups expire four weeks after they are created, so deleted data may remain in an earlier backup until it expires.
Ask us to delete your data
Use our contact form and tell us what you want deleted. Include a project reference or the email address used for your message, if applicable. Please do not send identity documents, payment details or private video links.
