From upload to download
Choose your files, start your project and follow its status on the site. When processing finishes successfully, your result appears with a download button.
Upload time depends on your connection. Processing time depends on the length and format of your footage and the number of projects being processed. We do not currently promise a fixed turnaround time.
Keep access to your project
Use the same browser and keep its VideoTidy cookies to return to guest projects. Clearing those cookies may remove your access. Project files and results are removed from active storage 7 days after the project starts, so download your finished video before it expires.
If something goes wrong
If a project fails or you cannot download its result, contact us with the project reference. For a paid order, see our cancellation and refund information.
